The TVS Flame has breathed a new life after its servicing exclaims OverDrive (June ’09). Every squeak, screech, ruffle and rattle has been sorted and settled transforming the Flame’s going into a smooth glide. The engine is even keyed, the gear lever’s notchy edges are smoothened out and the bike seems to have rediscovered some yen for the fast lane and eclipses the 60kmph mark with fair aplomb.
It doe suffer from high speed vibration though and the disc brakes seem to fade on hot days. But that said the Flame is a wholly competent and reliable urban tool.
