EMMAYARAVIND Question: Hello sir, I am living in hyderabad , i bought enfield bullet for 1800 RS which is 1998 model , i spent lot of money on that i have a very serious techincal question, it has 3 plate clutch assembly it was going very smooth with nice beating but with less pick up , recently i bought 5 plate clutch assembly to fix it for my enfield bullet 350cc it is fitted after all it is well it has amazing pick up but pick up will shake the bike and move like any thing the problem is when iam riding the bike which switch to higher gear from 2nd to 3rd gear 3rd gear will be on speed 30kmph before 30 kmph 3rd gear will not attend and the bike will shake or wobble i had to put it in 2nd gear , same case for 4 th gear i had to put the 4th gear after 40kmph is there any solution for this i have 6volts dynamo is it the problem with dynamo or with the 5 plate clutch assembly can you suggest me how to make it set right to make 4 th gear to attend at 25kmph and 3 rd for 20kmph .

They refused to dismantle engine because of mileage 50Kmpl as per my statement which is true. They changed cylinder block & piston kit, clutch assy, chain sproket Kit, brake cables & shoes and rear suspensions. They pointed crank shaft life is 60000 Km. Piston life is only 1000 Km. (Piston is changed first time) My questions are: 1) When will they change crank arm? If my moped engine goes dead or worst mileage say 20/25 or hearing groning engine sound? 2) May I change again piston kit at the time of changing crank arm? 3) Is crank have life of 60000 kms? 4) After servicing present mileage is 45 Kmpl. Is there any possible features to improve mileage around 60?
