I have been trying to sell/dispose this vehicle for some time, but not getting the exact details or procedure. The documents I have got is RC book which is on my father’s name and he is no more. Insurance has expired long back. Tried to sell the vehicle directly to a buyer, but he isn’t keen in getting it transferred on his name as cost for trasfer process would be more than value of the vehicle itself. Will it be fine if I just make a sale deed containing all the transaction details duly attested by registered notary? Will this be sufficient to avoid any future liability (legally or otherwise). Also, approached a few auto consultants in the city of Hyderabad and they said they would provide a receipt indicating that the vehicle has been sold to them. Is this legally valid? Now I am totally in a confused state what to do? Also, what precautions do I need to take in case I want to sell it as as scrap?. Could you please provide your valuable suggestions and advice, so that I can dispose/sell this vehicle with no liabilities in the future. Thanks in advance

HARJINDER Question: We have Hero Honda Plesure , The vehicle is working fine. It is fiited with manual choke, we want to fit electric choke as like TVS Scooty. Please reply can we attach electric choke in its carburetor. It is beig used by my wife and she feels starting problem when engine in cold condition. starting with choke is fine in cold codition. she always forget to pull the choke and wastes battery current by repeated self attmpts during cold starts. RAJESH K Question: I have a TVS victor 2001 model. Ran spprox 54000KMS. I serviced it some time back from a local garage and since then there is more noise coming from engine. Also, bike reaches 70 at max making lot of noise.. The local TVS showroom made me pay Rs 1100 for fresh clutch replacement saying that will fix the speed issue. Does the clutch have anything to do with the bikes speed? I feel the TVS guys duped me.. Just want to check with you. Please advise. Raj

Which one should i go for? 1] Suzuki GS 150 R -- Is mileage of the bike is 62 kmpl as shown in the ads under the specified conditions? If true i would certainly look for it. 2] xtreme suffers with less mileage but offers good power? Is the ride quality good on xtreme? What kind of a mileage i can expect from it under the specified conditions? 4] We have no HONDA, TVS showrooms (== authorized service) available in our town, so i left out their products. Can HERO HONDA people service other models? Although I am intending to buy a bike that need not return a great average, 62 kmpl of GS 150 R is knocking my brain doors. I will decide after your reply.
