Source Autocar India September 2005

 Fuel Economy

The G5 is not as economical a bike to ride as the CT100, with a conspicuous difference becoming apparent on our city and highway fuel runs. In the city we rode the bikes through the most tortuous routes possible, including 'gullies' and crawling traffic too. Here we got 57kpl on the G5 and 61.5kpl on the CT100. Out on the highway, cruising at sensible speed, the figures rose to 59.7kpl from the G5 and a much higher 66.6kpl on the new CT100.
