The LML Energy FX is the quickest of the lot, taking 15seconds to get to 70kmph, followed by the Victor at 15.7seconds and the Croma at 15.8 seconds. The Crux-R takes 16.6seconds to get to 70kmph, one second quicker than the Passion that takes 17.6seconds. The Challenger came in last, clocking 19.9seconds for the 0-70kmph sprint, a whole 2.3seconds off the pace set by next slowest, the Passion. The excellent flexibility of the Victor powerplant and the optimised gearing are reflected in the fourth gear roll-on that takes just 14.3seconds, four seconds quicker than the timing posted by next best, the Croma. The ideal gearing of the Passion sees it post the next quickest time at 20.3seconds with the Crux-R and Energy FX running close. Challenger drops by the way side with a dismal 28.8seconds timing.

The Crux-R and the Victor just about manage to breach the 90kmph barrier, followed by the Croma at 86kmph. The sub-100cc bikes register low, 80kmph top speed figures, the Passion just about edging out the Challenger.

The other bikes are left way behind, the Croma, Crux-R and Challenger running neck and neck while the Energy FX returned the poorest figures, both on the highway and town routes.

Braking distances of the Victor, Crux-R and Challenger are close with the Energy FX taking a further two metres and the Passion taking another 1.9 metres to come to a complete stop from 60kmph.
